Morning Meditation

Monday – Saturday, 8:30-8:50 AM ET

Please join us for NBNY’s online morning meditation practice, offered Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 – 8:50 am.

Each session consists of short introductory comments and/or instructions followed by silent meditation—approximately 20 minutes in total. All are welcome to join, regardless of background or experience.
