ABOUT TARA PRACTICE:
Tara sadhana practice is a meditation technique in the Vajrayana tradition of Buddhism. Tara is not a goddess we worship, but rather a profound reminder of the healing power of loving kindness and the courageous compassion that exists in the hearts of everyone. This particular technique involves chanting, music, and seated meditation.

When we practice the Tara liturgy, we do so with the intention of bringing forth a strong sense of loving kindness and compassion, for ourselves and for those around us who are ill or suffering, who may have recently died, or simply who may be having a difficult time. When we practice, we aspire to cultivate the heart of fearlessness and courage to act compassionately to help all beings in our world.

Stay tuned for further details!
