Please join us for our fall meditation sessions, which are being held in-person, once a month on Sunday mornings. The next scheduled date is Sunday, October 16, with further dates to be determined.
ALL ARE WELCOME!
Open to meditators of all experience levels, this program offers us the opportunity to deepen our meditation practice, revitalize our sense of community by meeting up with old and new friends, and refresh our sense of well-being.
There are 2 one-hour practice sessions. You may participate in one or both. The sessions will include an introductory welcome, opening and closing chants, sitting meditation (shamatha), walking meditation, a short reading, followed by contemplation and group discussion. Meditation instruction will be provided upon request.
The Schedule is as follows:
Session 1: 10:00 – 11:00 am
Break: 11:00 – 11:10 am
Session 2: 11:10 am – 12:00 pm

For your safety, the following protocols will be in place:
- Wearing a mask is recommended, but not required.
- Providing documentation of Covid-19 vaccinations is no longer required.
- Participation will be limited to 12 attendees, and cushions and chairs will be arranged 3 feet apart.
- A HEPA air purifier is in place to help support a healthy environment for participants.
