We invite you to participate in weekly one-hour online Lojong Sessions. We welcome people who are interested, both experienced and new practitioners. There are no restrictions for joining in. Drop in for any session. Lojong is a mind-training practice that centers on a set of 59 slogans. The practice, which was created by Atisha (980-1052 CE), aims to help practitioners raise bodhicitta. Bodhicitta is the aspiration to awaken for the sake of all sentient beings and foster loving-kindness for ourselves and all other beings.
Each one-hour session will unfold as follows:
• Short shamatha period to settle our minds
• Recitation of the 59 slogans (text will be screen-shared)
• Focus on one of the slogans, with commentary, for contemplation and discussion
• Group discussion of the slogan
• Dedication of Merit

SUGGESTED DONATION These sessions are offered free of charge. Donations are greatly appreciated: $5 per session or $65 for the 13-week series, through Sept. 29.
