This weekly session is an hour of guided shamatha (calm abiding) meditation practice for all to enjoy.

Using the techniques presented in the recently completed Fresh Heart: Deepening Meditation course (aka Knowing Oneself), we are  exploring different experiential practices of settling the mind. Each session will have a brief introduction to a technique followed by meditation practice. Previous meditation experience is not required and attendance of the meditation course is not a prerequisite – ALL ARE INVITED!

Whether you’ve never attempted meditation before or you’re a seasoned practitioner, these techniques provide an ever-fresh way of exploring the mind directly.
